Order problems
If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us photos within 7 days of delivery. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for what happens next.
Complaints and grievances
Complaints about an order, a payment or how we handle your personal data can be sent to the same address, pixibooks@pixign.in. We acknowledge every complaint and work to resolve it as quickly as we can.
