Every PixiBook is made to order. Here is what to expect once you've ordered.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India at the moment.
Printing time
We print, bind and dispatch your book within 3–5 working days of your payment being confirmed.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery time depends on your pincode and the courier serving it. It can be longer during festivals and peak seasons, or because of courier delays outside our control.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping anywhere in India is free. If a faster delivery option is ever offered, its price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your book is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number by email, and on WhatsApp if you asked for updates.
Your address
Please check your delivery address and phone number before paying. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can change it until the book is dispatched.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your book arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we reprint it free. If a parcel is lost in transit, we reprint and reship it free. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
